I’ve come to feel that the concept of an “Ally” (MEiYOU) in the context of Carlos Castaneda—the Peruvian-born American author and anthropologist—strikes a remarkable resemblance to the “Stands” in Hirohiko Araki’s JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
Rather than a friend bound by typical camaraderie, an Ally is a manifestation of “Power” itself. It is an entity that demands extreme self-discipline and immense personal energy to command. In essence, it is a conscious energy form from another dimension—a partner that a sorcerer must risk their life to subjugate in order to expand their own capabilities.
There is a “Me,” there is a “You,” and in the space between, < I > is born♾️.
< MEiYOU > is an elusive party series that pursues a raw, street-level fusion of Techno, Bass, and Tribal sounds, weaving together a tapestry of dystopia and utopia. Traveling through various clubs on an irregular basis, the event is defined by a commitment to pure sonic quality and technical mastery. Its curation aims for a “transcendence of the spirit”—creating a unique space of pleasure that is both trancy and deep, yet possesses a certain charm that overcomes even our innate negativity bias.
The high priority and prestige of MEiYOU are undeniably supported by the DJs and artists I trust most. Each time, their “musical architectural stories”—built from organic elements—lead the audience to the day’s highest state of consciousness.

ペルー生まれのアメリカの作家・人類学者であるカルロス・カスタネダの文脈における「盟友」とは、荒木飛呂彦氏の「ジョジョの奇妙な冒険」に登場するスタンドの概念にとてもよく似ていると感じていた。
それは、友情で結ばれた友というよりは「力」そのものの象徴であり、扱うには極めて高い自制心とエネルギー（個人の力）が必要とされる存在。つまり、「異次元に住む意識あるエネルギー体であり、呪術師が自分の力を拡大するために命がけで従属させるパートナー」ということに繋がる。
