以前から僕、ドウショクブツも親交が深い、DacnamboのCD HATAさんを通じて有難い機会を頂き、巨匠Carl Cox大先生のお墨付きライブユニット「Digital Afrika」のトラックを日本人勢でリミックスしました!!
Carl Cox と Christopher Coe のレーベル「Awesome Soundwave」とTOTEM TRAXXのコラボレーションが実現しました。
3/26にBandcampとBeatport、Spotifyから先行発売です。

Digital Afrika, the tribal live unit that debuted on the Australian label Awesome Soundwave, owned by living British legends Carl Cox and Christopher Coe, has arrived in Japan with their latest release. Their original song “Asiko” has been remixed by up-and-coming Japanese artists CD HATA, KAI, DJ HI-C, and Do Shock Booze, and is now available as a cross-border collaboration with TOTEM TRAXX. Asiko” is a killer tune with a beautiful and powerful melody, rhythm, and vocals rooted in the land of Africa, and a funky, floor-like groove.
